Burnette & Associates was established in 1980 by Jeff’s father,
Allen Burnette. Jeff followed in his dad’s footsteps and joined the agency
in 1989. During Jeff’s career he has served on many insurance company
advisory boards and task forces. Jeff has also been awarded the Erie Insurance
prestige “Quality Agent Award”.

Jeff brings to the agency the core belief that each client is an individual, and the
need to provide extraordinary service and individual coverages to meet
his clients’ needs at the best possible price. Jeff enjoys spending time with his family
and outdoor activities, especially playing golf, and of course cheering on the Vols.

Jeff is very active in his church, serving on Boards and also as a Deacon.

After graduating from Sullivan East High School, Stephen Burnette decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and began his journey in insurance. Stephen is a 2nd-generation insurance agent, has been with Burnette & Associates Insurance Agency for 29 years, and is currently licensed in Property & Casualty. Stephen & his fiancé Trisha live in Bluff City, TN. He has 1 child, his daughter Brittany, and is a proud grandfather to Noah, Avery, & Evie. During his off-hours, Stephen enjoys working out and spending time at the lake.

Samantha is a born and raised East Tennessean, and graduated from East Tennessee State University with a degree in Political Science in 2017. She joined the agency at that time, and is the third generation of Burnette’s at Burnette & Associates. She is currently licensed in property and casualty insurance, and plans to become licensed in life and health as well to continue her growth within the agency. During her free time, Samantha enjoys reading, watching hockey and college football, and spending time with her dogs Sadie and Peyton.

Jackie began her career with Burnette and Associates in 2010 as a licensed agent in Property and Casualty and now Life and Health. She has proudly called Bluff City home her entire life and adores her small-town atmosphere. She loves spending time with her husband Jeff and her children Austin, Bryce and Bridget. She currently uses her love of playing the piano in her church, First Baptist Bristol where she also serves as Kidz Music Director.

Allen is the founder of Burnette & Associates Insurance Agency. He began the agency in 1980. Allen
believes in treating his customers by the GOLDEN RULE. Allen enjoys fishing and spending time
with his family.
